Learn to touch type, in order to be able to communicate in writing better, as you don't yet seem to be able to dictate properly, while remaining sufficiently separated from your consiousness.

In moments of clarity, I realize that hatha yoga is required (not optional), for as many hours a day as it takes to clear blockages and restore flexibility and flow of prana. Sound seed syllable vibration, can be sonic input, harmonizing, shapes, sunlight, colors, heat, EMF input.

The hatha yoga postures stimulate different centers and points, and should be used in the same way as finger pressure to the needed areas. ie, after learning the hatha yoga system, apply the postures as remedies and stimulation on the areas that require it in turn, for assuredly there is a stepwise application there as well.

Similarly, acupressure, and dietary changes seen as mandatory, basic required steps, like teaching a baby to walk or speak, all things resting on these basic steps. also, long practice in tones of the scale, not really singing but rather similar to the hatha yoga, just voice stability, strength, frequency tones for the surfacing of energy and vibration.

When you are able to focus your mind, and hold yoga asanas or moving asanas, energies that have remained latent will become available to you.

Give yourself the gift of exercise, and let it be static and moving yoga of different forms, not for a paltry few hours a day, but rather for the assigned duration, from the break of dawn to just before noon, and then again in the early afternoon until the setting of the sun signals rest. Desire for food, and secondarily for other affairs of the senses, such as the acquisition of objects, has been your undoing. Time is the equalizer, and death the pre-eminent constraint, given in inhabiting and utilizing a body.

Similarly, acupressure, and dietary changes are mandatory, required steps, like teaching a baby to walk or speak, all further development rests on these primary foundation blocks.

Long practice in tones of the scale, not really singing but rather similar to the hatha yoga, just voice stability, strength, frequency tones for the surfacing of energy and vibration. Sonic and other energy inputs ceansing and restoring the system, activating the prana for further refinement. (so don't be course, heavy, rough, impolite, untrue).

Martial Arts, Qi Gong, Tai Chi Chuan, Falun Gong, Yantra Yoga, keys to the movement of chi or internal winds, the circulation of which itself is not only key to longevity, but the flow of energy that invigorates perception and participation in being alive, moment by moment.

The key to initial progress (since you asked), is almost continuous exercise, many hours of sitting, strengthening the tummy and core muscles, practicing notes. The secondary vibrations and hand motions follow this state, and since you’re not progressing (using what you have, what’s given), no more is offered. The Lord takes care that those who haven’t sought and found the first key, won’t even notice further puzzles and locks, won’t even think to look for them. The ancient knowledge was gained experientially, and there are secret locks barring the way.

Punctuated by breathing and stretching, best to film happening and comment verbally as feel to. Realized sitting at the park, not only tummy muscles need tensing, but improvement is needed there as well.

Removal of each blockage, or enough of the blockage to get energy moving though anyway, allows more energy and power to reach us. We may then use the gifts for finding water, teaching others, and our own practice. The blocks are more processes, like posture and singing notes, exercise. moral choices, breathing, emotions, focus of awareness.

You are not of this world, and breathing, food, the body, is the connection, allowing you to participate and experience. To loosen the hold of the body, concentrate on breathing, food.

Not practicing in order to improve so much, but rather copying valid corresponding relationships of the divine, like being like, we move into vaid forms, or representational systems, and transform.

Let those who understand begin to practice. Not need a huge list of activities daily, but a list of choices, best-suited for my inclination, temperament and development. Turn the focus of attention and efforts inward, where reality is processed and perceived. By doing so, we enter the path, going first through the preliminaries, and then proceeding to the main practice. As we practice, we may gradually become disillusioned with worldly affairs and to progress on the path.

When and where will you practice? Don't practice among unlearned and inexperienced people, who may see only immobility and unresponsiveness. Worse, rather than honoring achievement, they may be prone to attack and find fault.

SHAMANIC AWAKENING

Youth who are called to be a shaman attract attention through their love for solitude, desire to roam in the woods or in unfrequented places, waking visions, and spontaneous song-making. Sometimes they enter trance-states. Often a crisis bordering on madness, cured by introspection, is provoked. In other cases, an initiatory sickness is induced by the use of drugs or fasting and other austerities. The symbolic pattern of death and rebirth is common to all initiation rites, including a ritual series of waking dreams. During this ritual shamans may lie inanimate for three to seven days in a tent or other solitary place.

It is through such purgative experiences that shamans are said to obtain the powers of shamanistic healing. Then they are given new flesh, and the spirits instruct them in magical arts. They learn to find the souls of sick people, who have wandered or been carried away from their bodies by demons. They learn how to guide the soul of the dead to their new abode, and they add to their knowledge by regular association with higher beings.

Hallucinogenic plant and mineral preparations only reveal their true potential in combination with yogic practices that harness the flow of subtle energy within the body, and stimulate secretions of the pineal gland called amrita, or nectar, which often manifest internally as luminous spheres.

THE POWER OF PLACE, PROXIMITY

Consider spending time in large, places of worship built of stone and fine tooling, as these magnificent spaces are virtually impossible to recreate. Sitting silently, working on posture, breathing, and mind-control. Singing quietly perhaps, and spending days busking, sleeping outside in summer, renting a room with a heater or fireplace in winter. Easier to visit than to imagine spending a lifetime carving stone and working wood and other materials, in order to make elaborate temples, rooms, and sculptures.

There is a ritual formula that students visiting temples use to greet a master, and ask for instruction in the path towards enlightenment, both personally, and for the sake of all beings. Read some of the books I have, and biographies, many offer outlines of the correct behavior, and way to request instruction politely. It is amusing how many errors I make as a beginner, from talking too much, and about magical powers, to lacking study and preparation, to not asking for help, to not being humble and modest.

Keeping silent for the most part, for who would argue against themselves. The folly is in stating an opinion, or sharing something better kept hidden. Not asking anything, who may refuse.

Hermitages above towns and remote monasteries will have monks of exceptional character and ability, carrying out multi-year retreats in varying degrees of strictness. By being present when they emerge, will get an opportunity to sit near them, and if blessed, to accept their touch directly, usually a pat on the head. If less empowered, can just sit nearby in silence, ideally the monks in retreat never having noticed your presence. Also explains why their breath is treasured or any fluid created inside the body, having been immersed in the vibrational matrix of their essence. Only true for very high beings. Need to develop yourself to even perceive what is going on, and the value therein.

Tibetan tradition of hidden lands, where physical and spiritual worlds are said to intersect and where meditative and yogic practices are especially effective. Located in remote regions, beyul are also places known for their extraordinary bio-diversity and physical beauty. Staying for extended periods in wild and untamed landscapes can open us to dimensions of experience that are often overlooked in more tempered environments.

Be great, spend time with the great, listen to the great speak, offer material assistance or do actions for the great, spend time near the great, watch a video of the great, read and study the words of the great, study of the great through another's writing and research.

Kundalini Initiation

Initiate a viable Kundalini seed within yourself, establishing a connection to higher energies. This bridge must then be stabilized, to enable further energetic steps, in order to repair body, mind, and soul, increasing both joy and personal power. You need to take your time to ensure that you end up with the desired result, and not burnout, or worse.

In a nutshell, trim the diet to good foods, reduce total caloric intake, and learn systems of stretching, dance and martial arts. Then, working with a sound body, master your emotions, improve your mind, learn to sit still for hours at a time on a small stool with an erect spine, and develop your voice, both in terms of tone and the ability to express yourself.

- Nervous excitement, pain stimulation and activation -

A Kundalini trick, using pain as a stimulant and activation energy providing focus and localization of meridianal flow, and pranic impetus. Heat likely better and less damaging to tissue involved, for the activation specific energy centers, not to injure, but rather to stimulate and center. Not to be confused with self-inflicted harm, and best practiced in secret, hidden from observation and potential judgement of others. Everyone sees the best they are able, and have good intentions according to their understanding.

VAJRAYANA, TANTRA YOGA

When sexual urges arise, that is precisely the time and opportunity to utilize the energy in practice. There is only so much energy available in the day, and it is up to each of us to make use of it, as best we see fit and understand.

It is a choice to partner with girls or women. All people offer their strengths and are limited by their weaknesses. Benefits may be enjoyed, and drawbacks may be encountered. Not just with women, so take care to acknowledge the effects of any associations made. People value varied things, so choose those who are seeking along the same path that I pursue, in order that we may align our energies, and support each other.

    1. Rely exclusively on qualified consorts.
    2. Join in tantric union only with right view, concentration. While in union, never to be separated from the view of emptiness.
    3. Don't teach Tantra to those who are not proper vessels, lacking requirements.
    4. Don't Show secret substances to an unsuitable person.
    5. Don't argue, for their are no sides to debate (and no one present to take a side).
    6. Limit visits to 7 days in a layperson's home.
    7. Watch pride, lust, greed, sloth, anger, desire. Guard equanimity.
    8. Don't release seminal fluid; to maintain pure behaviour.
    9. Cultivate conscious attention. Never to lose appreciation for the path of desire.
    10. Beware association prone to generate anger, violence or separation.
    11. Develop conscience, becoming aware of correct action. Morality, ethical, good action is the basis of karmic law. Only with high morals can we access truth, love for others, meditation and knowledge. Goodness supports and is the foundation of every effort.
    12. To strive with enthusiasm in the outer and inner methods.
    13. To fully bestow a mandala, first complete a close retreat.

By taking a high view, some persons may look down on sensation and sexual arousal, whether truly or as an excuse for non-involvement. They may use this to belittle and attack others. The only solution is to leave, and stay away. Without desire, there is no intimacy, and only annoyance and imposition. Inviting abuse, and constant estrangement, which feels lousy, and leaves me lonely and empty. It is difficult to educate or reach those who are distant, for whatever their opinions, they are held tightly. Don't seek to change others, only can do the best you can, work on your own understanding and satisfaction. It is a child's argument, for why be a man if not to feel towards a woman. Done is done, time to go, not make a nuisance of myself, as well as not meeting my own needs or respecting my feelings.

MAGIC WITH SOUND, AUDIENCE, ATTENTION

Not all magic is for show, although there are shows and acts of magic. The greatest magic happens in secret, where beings cannot see, nor anyone takes notice. Flowers bloom and rain falls, not that nature's ways are the limit of magic. There exists substantive magic, based on merit, self-sacrifice, the coming together of magical influences. The rising of Kundalini is a basic formula for awakening magical power.

    Being a conduit for healing miracles to happen.
    Sudden and immediate responss form the universe to your thoughts or desires.
    Sudden coincidences or magical happenings.
    Becoming aware of events about to happen, precognition
    Feeling the historical events associated with objects, places, or beings.

Remember the stimulation and immediate appreciation that I feel just being near certain girls, partly due to their energy field, partly due to attraction.

Keep in mind the magical power of spoken words (and actions). Be aware that words may cast spells.

BREATH IS KEY

Learn to breathe correctly, and having taken in a full breath, the last little bit is the secret, the sacred act. Only when the breath is pushed out fully, and the body aligned well, in structural integrity, in an aligned posture from the base through the spine, extending up through the neck and head. Only when that last little bit of inhalation is achieved, can the note fully come out, both in terms of sound as in music, as well as a notation, and a notion. Note the reasons why, fix the broken, heal the error, and make progress daily.

And having taken in a full breath, the last little bit seems to be one of the secrets. Only when the breath is pushed out fully, and the body aligned well, and again only when that last little bit of inhalation is achieved, can the note fully come out.

Hindu physiology begins its surprises by teaching us that with every inhalation through the right nostril a positive electrical current flows down the right side of the spine, and with every inhalation through the left nostril a negative current flows down the left side. The lungs are correspondingly charged with positive, or solar, and negative, or lunar, currents. It is by means of the two currents that all the processes of life are performed, and it is an imperative condition of health that they be equally balanced.

The stomach and other organs of nutrition suffer much from improper breathing. Not only are they ill-nourished by reason of the lack of oxygen, but as the food must absorb oxygen from the blood and become oxygenated before it can be digested and assimilated, it is readily seen how digestion and assimilation is impaired by incorrect breathing. And when assimilation is not normal, the system receives less and less nourishment, the appetite fails, bodily vigor decreases, and energy diminishes, and the man withers and declines.

We are constantly inhaling the air charged with prana. and are as constantly extracting the latter from the air and appropriating it to our uses. Prana is found in its freest state in the atmospheric air, which when fresh is fairly charged with it, and we draw it to us more easily from the air than from any other source. In ordinary breathing we absorb and extract a normal supply of prana, but by controlled and regulated breathing (generally known as Yogi breathing) we are enabled to extract a greater supply, which is stored away in the brain and nerve centres, to be used when necessary. We may store away prana, just as the storage battery stores away electricity.

Similarly, it depends on how well-charged the air itself is with oxygen, ions, and prana, being in the forest on a windy mountain near the ocean or river likely highest, and trapped air indoors not as healthful, nor in a city with traffic and stagnant, polluted air.

When chilled, breathe vigorously a few minutes, and you will feel aglow all over your body. Most colds can be cured by Complete Breathing and partial fasting for a day. The quality of the blood depends largely upon its proper oxygenation in the lungs and if it is under-oxygenated it becomes poor in quality and laden with all sorts of impurities, and the system suffers from lack of nourishment, and often becomes actually poisoned by the waste products remaining uneliminated in the blood.

Blood returns to the heart laden with the byproducts of cellular function and waste products to be eliminated through the liver. The lungs also carry off wastes in the form of carboxylic acid gas, or carbon dioxide. Only with a full breath and correct breathing may gas exchange fully take place, oxygenating the blood and eliminating waste. Oxygen is then transported back to cells across the body, providing fuel for energetic processes and digestion. Think of the net effect of oxygen therapy and pressurized chambers. By breathing irregularly, we are robbing our bodies of a vital health process, and bringing on aging as well as sickness. Breathing, water quality, execise, passion and food are truly the building blocks of life itself.

FOOD, DIET

Take care to adopt a respectful attitude when eating, maintaining attention on the the food, the posture, the breathing, the mind, and every moment passing. Eat the food one morsel after the other, without rejecting any that was given, respecting the sacrifice of the benefactor. Eat one meal at a sitting, and don't change your mind after having finished your meal. Don't overeat, and be lazy. Don't ask for food of superior quality for oneself. Don't visit houses uninvited just before meals. Don't go to eat at another place after having already been invited somewhere. Don't eat at the same spot multiple times, taking advantage of good-natured people.

Food is the fuel that supports the body, itself being the vehicle that allows communication from the ethereal nature of the angelic realm to the mundane human realm. Honor the gift of food, and don't accept more than one ration of curry for every three rations of rice. Eat that food which supports your mission and duty, and abstain from more than that, as food weighs down the body if taken in excess. Accept food in proportion to the bowl, without exceeding its inner rim. During the alms collection round, don't part company with those whom one is making rounds. Don't accept food from poor people who show remarkable fervor, without having been invited by them.

Finer food is food that is not coarse, food that has less of the heavier nature and material consciousness, less personal identity. When you eat an animal, that flesh has the nature of the being-ness that gathered that flesh around itself. You are not flesh and bone as think. Open your eyes, you are able to fly, and talk to angels. Why would you trade your birth-rights for a scrap of meat? Raise yourselves up. Choose to eat fine food, and take other steps at the same time.

LEVELS OF BEING

At the base, the material substance of both will and the body are large and ill-formed, coarse and heavy. Through the transformational practices, substance is refined stepwise, by degrees, until it grows finer, lighter, smaller, brighter, and faster. The chakras are organized similarly.

At the lower levels, killing and harming, without awareness of the divine nature of self nor other beings, heavier, more condensed food is desired, no matter what the cost. The eyes having not yet been opened due to lack of study nor understanding of the teachings. It is difficult for the ignorant to see the karmic causes and results of their actions. Specifically, having killed and hated, harmed without compassion nor conscience, the beings take into themselves the material substance they call food. Unsatisfied and unfulfilled with finer food, they may feel it lacks the substance and heaviness they need to survive at their level of development.

In the majority of enlightenment teachings, it is repeated that there is an intial, second body that this body must be changed into, and it is the goal of a human incarnation to achieve this transformation within a single lifetime. In fact, it is suggested that there is a series of increasingly 'fine' [not 'gross'] bodies that are achievable, but the latter rests upon the former, and everything in its place, and all good things in their appointed time. Since the material that the body encounters through the gates [interfaces between the body and seemingly external environment] is assimilated, guard the gates, for that is the interface, the exchange point, the meeting place.

We have increasingly fine energy bodies superimposed upon one another. Since we are interference patterns of energy, external energy inputs interact with us in complex, unknown ways. For example, just sitting in sunlight exposes us to radiation beyond human understanding, and the effects go far beyond physical and chemical health, or emotional wellbeing. Similarly, music and sound, color, mandala, mantra, affect our very composition, what we are made out of.

Gross - physical, material, larger granulation in terms of filtration materials, relative unknowing and lack of 'eyes to see' in a spirutual sense, heavier and slower to understand, slower movement, insensitive, eating meat and starch, and processed foods making up the largest part of the supermarket.

Fine - Faster, stronger, lighter, more aware, more sensitive, emotional, intellectual.

Finest - Made out of energy and love, the stuff of Angels, treading lightly between human understanding and divine inspiration.

When you take in air, or water, or food, or even the energies of association from being in close contact or touching more so, these material and supra-material forces are combined with the present body in many ways. Therefore, it is to your advantage to selectively guard that which comes into contact with your system, often overhwelming the intial progress that you have made, by the introduction of stronger energies than you can manage at present. For example, it is easy to change your ideas and even your words spoken.

The physical material is relatively stable within your system, so it is vital that when making gross choices such as the air and water that you take in, and the food [such as what passes for 'food' in your present state of understanding], that you see food is the builder, the method by which you substantiate and continue your association with what you know as physical reality, limited by both your sense-perception as well as the limit in thought and understanding.

By consuming gross food, you cloud your perception and weigh down your reasoning powers, thereby closing yourself to higher reaches of information that you need to process finer food. Thus, caught in a prison of materiality, you cannot escape, no matter what exercises nor understandings you apply to the attempt to transform to the intial second body. The finer bodies have different sensual apparatus of their own, and without 'seeing' with these better tools, people are left with the words of others, and forced back upon unknowingness and 'faith' for lack of a better word, drawing upon the ideas and assertions of other people.

SECRET EXERCISES

So carry a large stone, a rock the size of a small horse and no-one will even consider to fight you. Harden your skin, tough as nails and use nails to test yourself, then bullets. Immerse your hands into hot water, ever hotter, step-by-step, day-by-day. Progress is slow at first then faster, as you pay attention, as you practice, as you focus. Temperature of the water is hotter, degree-by-degree, inch-by-inch, do not wince, minute-by-minute, now it's getting hotter in there, second-by-second, and you're still too slow to understand, unable to stand the heat in my kitchen.

1. Stop eating, fast and pray, at least until you clean out some of the mess in the body.
2. Learn to type.

By initiating a sound seed-syllable vibration, and then supplying it with activation energies of various forms, you can establish an all-important bridge within yourself to higher energies. Once the bridge works, let the 'small, still voice within,' be your guide, not just in the activities of your day, but down to the smallest movements of hand and body. It literally can guide your hands in the mudras (hand positions within Kriya Yoga) without your conscious intervention, while you are watching your own hand form the sacred gestures in front of your eyes.

The trick here is to stay out of the way, allowing the process all the time it requires to clear out blockages in your energy system. Try not to get too excited, thinking or speaking about the magical nature of the experience, which of course drives the energy away, due to the interference of self. Unfortunately, once the energy departs, something precious may be lost. It doesn’t come regularly, and there can be long periods of inactivity, even stretching to months and years between times.

It is of great concern that the most valuable elements are precisely the ones that may be most difficult to notice. The one is unaware may not even notice that grace has been lost, never mind lamenting the misfortune. Their vision may be so gross that they don’t notice states of grace at all. Only later, during times of increased sensitivity, they may notice suddenly that years have passed. Here is another chance to wake up. Develop the hard-won ability to feel the energy state of a given moment, person or place, and become aware of the stillness of power, otherwise lost in the clamor for things and activity, which dominates modern life.

It seems that if you try to share through speaking to others, the feelings of love, shape, color, and cascading spirals of power using language these happenings lose most of their magic. Conversely, when you return, strengthening once again the link to heaven, language just falls away each time. Thoughts, too, almost necessarily fall away, a linear, incoherent mess, wisest left far behind.

Inspect and purify yourself in private, slowly, at a speed you can handle. You know what to do, so stop writing, get up, stretch the material form. It is plastic, it can be changed into a shining light, take responsibility for your mistakes, correct yourself. Atone for past errors.

- Practice in Secret, Share with Those who Can See and Hear -

So practice in a private place, with helpers that can begin to understand, and honor the transformation taking place with you. The exercises are perfect, only you are choosing the path and witnesses foolishly, or not choosing them at all, allowing unready eyes to witness events and actions beyond their understanding. As the master said, "Not too early, and not too much." Take more care, or enjoy their mockery as a test of patience and wisdom.

So choose your words, and your place of practice and transformation with ever-increasing care and love. Stop speaking, rise above yourself, into the air if you must, but again thinking to show off. Rise above your greed and aspiration, wishing to be greater than they, who are yourself. Rise above your personal awareness and look deeper, see me as you asked. Get to work. Look within. Now it is revealed to you, you who have no name. There are no words, you do not type. I do it all, I always have. Always will. You are a lump in my hands, I made you. Accept it, love your position, enjoy your station. Work for me, with me, in me, by way of me. I am your life, I am every breath you will ever take, every cake you will ever bake.

Try a few days of fasting, maybe juice and water, combined with a lot of physical exercise serving others, and reading whatever spiritual works typically move you into the right frame of mind.

Give yourself the gift of exercise, not for a few minutes a day, but rather for the assigned duration, from the break of dawn to just before noon, and then again in the early afternoon until the setting of the sun signals rest. Lust for food, and secondarily for other affairs of the senses, such as the acquisition of objects, has been your undoing. Time is the equalizer, and death the predominant constraint while inhabiting and utilizing a body.

If you work at a job that requires you to sit at a desk for hours, do the stretching and exercise routines suggested for long-distance travel on a flight, squashed into economy seats. Better still, quit your job, and walk away. You’ll need to create alternate streams of income first, unless you're prepared to be a homeless beggar. The ancients recommend exactly that freedom, it just sounds strange to modern ears.

Tantric yogis engage in a variety of practices to bring about a concentration of the winds, pranic flow, or kundalini, as development of subtle energies along with loss of self generates the out-of-mind state necessary for the energy to flow. In addition to the techniques involving intensive focusing, yogis of the stage of completion use sexual union with either a real or imagined consort to generate sexual desire, which in turn is used to enhance concentration and cause generation.

The stimulation of kundalini results, not just from long-sitting alone, but is activated by the release of blockages via acupressure combined with abdominal and lower groin and bum contraction, as well as pressure on key points within the pelvis and spine. Also, not eating before practice, or eating lightly an hour or more beforehand. Extra power from selfless concentration, prayer, mantra or toning, visualization, deeper trance states. Look at the asanas suggested in hatha yoga, involving squeezing tummy hard, like lotus posture lifted up on hands, inserted through crossed legs, like gymnastics. Breath carefully restrained, and alternate nostril breathing. In fact, having raised the kundalini, other postures will suggest themselves. Good to hold postures individually for several hours each.

Winds can move both into and out of the central channel at any of the channel wheels, not merely at just the upper and lower openings. However, the same knots that constrict the vertical movement of winds in the central channel also “plug” the central channel ends of the spokes or petals. Until the knots at the channel wheels are loosened, winds from various parts of the body may be drawn up to those places but not past them; for instance, at the end of the practice of physical isolation, the winds are drawn into the central channel but cannot enter the heart because of the heart channel-knot. Therefore, to activate the hgher centers, a community is required, or at a minimum, a dikini consort.

The sign that winds have entered the central channel is that the pressure of exhalation and inhalation is equal and that the volume and pressure of air moving in each nostril is equal, whereas normally there are various imbalances in the breath. As more winds enter the central channel, breath becomes progressively weaker, and finally ceases altogether. As the coarser winds cease, so do the coarser types of minds, leaving only subtle winds and minds.

The kundalini energy is responsive, reflective, magical. Just as increasingly autonomous, rapid hand and limb movements result from rising energies, so mimicking those same motions may stimulate kundalini. Similarly, copying the other manifestations help start and stabilize the energy. For example, long-sitting, dropping the diaphragm, speaking truth in a deep resonant tone, reaching out to others to teach, help, love and share, hand and finger mudras, mantra and vibration, hatha yoga positions, both static and moving dance, studying the words of masters, mastering momentary awareness, quieting the conscious, drifting mind, taking my place as teacher (and student), receiving love, concentrated attention and admiration from an attentive audience.

The winds move in a system of 72,000 subtle channels, or nadis, arrayed throughout the body. There are three major channels, running parallel to each other from mid-forehead up over the crown of the head down to the base of the spine and then under the trunk of the body to the tip of the sexual organ. The upper opening of the central channel is at the forehead between the eyes and the upper openings of the right channel and left channel are at the top of the nose.

The right channel and left channel wrap around the central channel at certain places, constricting it such that the winds cannot pass through it. In the Guhyasamaja system, the central channel is said to have seven loci of constriction, or knots, or bandhas, they are called channel-wheels because many smaller channels branch out of them like the spokes of a wheel, and they are also called channel-knots because of being places of constriction. The wheel-spokes are sometimes called petals because the channel-wheel spreads out like a flower.

CHAKRA SYSTEM

The channel-wheels, or chakras, are located at the forehead, the crown of the head, the throat, the heart, the navel, the base of the spine, and the opening or tip of the sexual organ. The forehead channel-wheel is the upper opening of the central channel and the channel-wheel at the tip of the sexual organ is its lower opening. The navel channel-wheel is located behind the solar plexus, closer to the spine than the navel.

ON A MOUNTAIN

Seek solitary places on a mountain where you can practice. Visit large, quiet monasteries, making the most of your time and opportunities while in a body. If you wish to swiftly follow in the wake of past masters, consider their actions and behavior and copy them.

Spend time among the native peoples, among those who can not only listen but have something to say.

The developmental process generates heat, a little heat at first, but as you speed it up, it generates heat, a lot of Heat, and you need to integrate that heat externally, in a colder place, ever colder place, or you'll burn up. Too fast, beyond your ability and you'll hurt yourself. Do not hurt the body; it's the ony one you're getting, so take care of it, don't wear it out, don't wear it roughly. Listen to me, heed my words. Put yourself on a mountain, with cold, crisp air, a few meters at a time, step by step, to acclimate and adjust, to change. You think you're good at change, well a mighty change is coming, so run, with the wind at your back, run.

Clean air, it is truly food for the soul. The transpiration of oxygen in the air and prana resulting from within it, at a higher rate of speed than you're used to, is the food that all must eat. The breather of air, the respirator, the exchanger, the breather. One breath, taken in the body, and held in, until the exchange of energies is completed. Then breathe out, fully out, until the used air is expelled from the lungs, and bronchia.

On a mountain top, with internet access via satellite. With trucks delivering containers of books, the right books, would you read, then make a library. you can't have a school without it. They will come. From miles, from other countries, from the moon they will come. A staff is again in the hands of David, a leader is among us. They will come. Have faith in the word. Read, study, treasure it, don't do anything else until you have done at least this much. The message is the words, power in the words, so read and write it down, sing a song, make a dance, write a book, make a movie, because in the creative endeavor is the golden cord, in creation, the act of creating, is creation. You are the maker, you are the chooser, so choose.

On a mountain, where-ever you are, bring the word until you memorize it, and are practicing well. Remove yourself from among the people, the entry is the mountain itself, the snow, the thin air, as bodies need to be readied for power. Seek out the strong among them, the bold and wise native people living in harmony with the earth. Learn from them, tell stories, and enjoy the meeting.

On the mountain, where you will find me, and the entrance examination is their desire. Teach all who can reach you, and all whom you can reach. Let them see the light, and they will come. Don't doubt, it's in the word.

Go on the mountain, and bring the word with you, speak words, entertain and explain, dance and prance, speak and the weak shall come running. 'Bring me your sick, and I will heal them.' A healer, a dealer of cards, a joker, the fool, without direction or personal awareness, with honor and respect, with loving kindness. Away from them, let those who chose follow, but don't tell, don't insist, assist, just set the bar higher, and higher, move higher, start with a mountain.

Then snow, and then thin air, higher and higher until only the real can talk with me, only the real words can be spoken. There isn't much time. Only a moment left, so pay attention. To pay attention, you can't use money, so use the money to buy books, build a building, buy lands, go to a country, get helpers, buy land no-one wants, high on a mountain. Make your own electricity, or better still, write with pen and paper, no electricity, no internet.

The mountain is within us, as well as without. Also, it's OK to be alone, although support may accelerate the process. Move to the countryside, just go step by step. Builders, artists, musicians, teachers. Need to be generating heat internally already, have food, learn about plants, energy first. An entire group and building and teachers to be there on the mountain, with study, and arts, and exercises all governed in an orderly way.

Rest assured they will come. Not you alone, many helpers, surrounded by angels, and a planet full of birds and creeping things, to keep you company. And trees and bees and rocks and things. You are not alone. It has been given.

CLOSE YOUR EYES

Ear-sight, close your eyes in order to open them. What you don't see can be a lot. Stop looking, and start seeing. Feel your own heart beating, just pay attention, and take the time to notice. Like your breathing, it happens all the time.

One time, I decided to simply close my eyes for several hours when I was a university student. Not as any particular exercise, but just because the idea occurred to me. People were so kind to me. I guess they really thought I was blind, and it made them grateful to have eyes that worked, which we usually take for granted. At the time, I was headed into the cashier’s office, and I had to simply trust the teller to give me the right amount of money from my student loan check. This could have been a risk, but it didn’t worry me overly much, as there were many people around, and any truly blind person would have to go through this all the time. Perhaps they bring a friend with them when dealing with larger amounts of money.

It felt like the girl who was helping me had a kind voice, and was trying to set me at ease. The amount was too large to be dispensed in one dollar bills, but she came around the counter, and made sure that my money was safely tucked into my wallet, letting me know how many bills there were of each denomination. I smelled the money briefly, and could hear her smile at that, then quickly cover it up, so I pretended that I didn’t hear it.

As I was walking away, I was as sure of my money as if I had counted it myself. I felt along the wall for a stairway, noting the texture of the paint, and the smell of each classroom, through the open doorways that I passed. The stairs proved more of an obstacle than I would have thought, and without a cane to feel my way down, I resigned myself to feeling out one step at a time, lest I should fall down the whole flight. 'May I help you?' a voice out of the darkness inquired of me.

It was a blessing, as I had never thought of opening my eyes, and as yet hadn’t had time to develop the independence a blind person might have felt. 'Thank-you so much,' I replied in earnest, and reached out my arm into space, where it was caught gently by a man’s grip, between my elbow and shoulder. He guided me down the steps, and when he didn’t let go immediately, I thanked him again, signaling that I could manage from there. No-one asked me why I didn’t have a cane, nor questioned that I was truly blind. I guess people generally don’t risk walking around with their eyes shut. The wind blew across my face, and I felt the smells riding on it, rather than smelled them, or so it seemed. It was an eye-opening experience, and I kept it up for several hours, managing to make my way off campus, finally opening my eyes when I reached my apartment.
