OPEN THE DOOR, GIVE THE ANGELS ROOM TO PLAY-WORK Open your eye, let your eye be single (third-eye), your destination clear, single-minded, with eyes fixed on the goal, your position well-chosen, your determination be well-set.

And the angels spoke to me, and they said in my head, if you would just get out of the way (we could get to work), using your mouth to speak, and the written word, in order to achieve the goal that you set before yourself, and asked unto the Lord, that we might save the world.

Go within, for that which you seek is within your being, not located externally, where senses confuse and distract, and imagination isn't solid.

Inspiration, the act of breathing in, but also to motivate or inspire. So, to 'breathe in' deeply is key. To breathe in also means to 'take in' or assimilate, accept

En-trance, to put into a trance, but also the entrance, where to enter, ie, entering into a trance is integral to the intiation, thus, the still, small voice within, and key as written, 'that's where I will meet you.'

Not enough to sing songs as written, unless they are special songs, already containing within their lyrics the multiple-message of human experience combined with existential reality. You must speak the mystical aspect directly, and expose the double-meaning explicitly, drawn from the sacred texts, songs that you select, as well as from your own experience. For we are turth and wisdom, and if you speak as we speak, then we are with you, and you can understand our communication, for this is how we speak, in all tongues and meanings at the same moment. You cannot hold our treasure in your current state of division into time and discreet objectification, for all is one and there is no time, nor such thing as time [nor space, nor form]. We are you in fact, it is you who keep yourself apart. By speaking words [initially, and then simple sentences] with multiple meanings intact, not only will you bypass their conscious limits and thus achieve the desired communication and company that you seek, but will expand yourself as well in the process.

In songs about basic human experiences, the listeners add to the song through their inner associations, or reflection upon similar experiences in their own lives. Get into a highly emotional state, listening to songs ourselves, and let the words flow through, not censoring nor trying to write.

Natural mandalas created out of physical effects like scattering of light on water, rainbows, scatter diagrams form nuclear physics, cymatics with soundon particles or water, moving mandalas, also combined with hypnosis and lights, sounds for biunrnal beats, brain entrainment.

Study the works of Milton Erickson, or if the going is too technical, start with a few books by Bandler and Grinder, two modelers who wrote a series of books explaining Erickson’s method of intervention, often utilizing hypnosis. The idea is that we are going to apply these methods to ourselves, as there is no-one I’d prefer to entrust my brain function to than myself. Additionally, armed with a knowledge of hypnosis, we are better equipped to guard ourselves against attack, often-times from places where we least expect it, such as from TV, movies, advertising, and the government. I’ll go into the basics of hypnotic technique, but you’ll need to study this subject, not just read about it, to gain any real proficiency. Hypnosis functions by diverting the conscious mind, occupying it with a task of memory or concentration, pacing the person with congruent mannerisms, and delivering a message directly to the subconscious mind. We’ll also be working with these concepts in our own meditation, so let’s explore them in turn.

Can use the principles of NLP to self-hypnotize and work with the girls until we're better at it, ie, breaking open the doors of perception, until we are able to contact both the subconscious and super-conscious, which should be the stated goal of all our time and focus, as we need that information to design exercises that will take us to the next steps, time so short in a body, health and focus should be primary, development and acquiring more time to develop. Teach others, in order that they may carry on the work as individuals age and die.

The intensity of the psychedelic experience can be mitigated by opening the eyes and moving around and can be deepened by staying in a reclining position, using eyeshades, and listening to stereophonic music. Indicates deepening trance states via reclining in isolation tank, darkness, closed eyes, quiet, motionless. Posture is also important, usually represented as sitting, but potentially lying down, as this frees more brain space and reduces motor activity that would be needed to maintain balance in sitting.

Similarly, psychedelics mirror kundalini effects, in that sympathetic effects involve acceleration of the pulse rate; increase in blood pressure; dilation of the pupils; blurring of vision and problems in focusing; secretion of thick saliva; profuse sweating; constriction of arteries in the periphery, resulting in coldness and blue color of hands and feet; and erection of body hair. Parasympathetic effects are retardation of the pulse rate, lowering of the blood pressure, hypersalivation, secretion of tears, diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. Also frequent are symptoms of a more general nature, such as malaise, flu feelings, fatigue, and alternating chills and hot flushes. The most common motor phenomena include increased muscular tension; a variety of tremors, twitches, and jerks, or complex twisting movements. Total relaxation of muscles, stretching, hypersensitivity to cleanliness and sound. Sexual stimulation and excitement.

Trance

The secret of the teachings is that after the first intitiation, seeing that all substantive matter is nothing more real than a dream state, conditioned by the limitation of human sensation and cognition, the second initiation follows, which is more complex, in that the nothingness is at the same time all that is, imbued with love and power, a reflection of the Lord.

As the unfoldment of the higher powers, as with the developmental escalation experienced by St. Paul may release unusual and potent results, the aspirant must beware to proceed in an orderly, stable framework, with a developed moral and ethical, mental foundation. The danger is that the loss of regular association, and ego, may mimic mental illness. The unprepared may risk an actual schism, and loss of connection with consensual reality. Ignorance of the initation process is carefully hidden, in order to shield the nascent individual from recognizing elements in an environment with which they at present lack the specialization with which to cope, although presumably will be able to in the future.

The overwhelming quality of this union can be relieved by a discipline such as a religious, artistic, creative, or meditational procedure. To moderate the flow, seek an acceptable behavioral outlet, which represents resolution of the psychic tension engendered thereby. There may occur somatic relief of stress, pain, or psychic tension in the form of vocalization or body movement. A number of healing modes and ministries have noticed this phenomenon which the Transcendental Meditators (TM) have labeled 'unstressing.' Unstressing takes the form during meditation of completely involuntary, unintended, and spontaneous muscular- skeletal movements and proprioceptive sensations: momentary or repeated twitches, spasms, gasps, tingling, tics, jerking, swaying, pains, shaking, aches, internal pressures, headaches, weeping,, laughter, etc. The kriya yoga kundalini experience may cover the range from extreme pleasure to acute distress.

By comparing the similarities between deep trance states, dream experiences and the reports of people who have had near death experiences, a commonality emerges. Further, there is significant overlap with major religious teachings, sometimes dismissed as a programmatic cause, but equally possible that there is a truth emergent, for those with eyes to see it. One cat.

Trance experience is a disengagement from ordinary reality orientation. Trance falls into the autistic mode of thinking. The kind of grown person who is able to suspend his reality orientation is the one who retains a pleasant recollection of former disengagements. His childhood fantasies were forms of play in which parental tolerance, approval, or participation played a specific part. The child could always come back to a warm security. The threshold between autistic and reality becomes a well worn path, a door well hinged and oiled through which access was easy and safe.

In a shock situation, or emergencies threatening physical injury of the body or life itself, or the sustainability of the ego, for example, the oversoul may activate supersensory systems, usually held in reserve. It is direct and quite dangerous ground to tread. Stimulus, challenge and recovery, emergency and rescue, in a never-ending cycle of hyper-excitability, with operative mechanisms spurring system development.

The ego will fight to maintain constancy, imagining itself in a life-or-death struggle to survive. In fact, the clinging to individual ego is a stumbling block to emergent awareness. Let go of your life, in order to find it. Give up all you have, and follow me, for I am the light and the way. Holding fast to self and individual existence, you gain some, but give up most. The ego may break, leading to paralysis or hysteria, dysfunction, deleterious symptoms, and even psychoid schism, so it's a gentle journey, a game to play within yourself, slowly coaxing the ego out of hiding, realizing that safety remains in the face of personal death.

In the analysis of trance, it is worthy of note that REM sleep may be considered a kind of natural, nightly trance. One method is to approach from dreams, via waking up within the dream state somehwat disconnected form conscious control, ie, lucid dreaming, thereby regaining stable control of the vehicle. Alternatively, with or without help, anothe method is to approach from the normal, stable waking state, already in control of the vehicle, but somewhat disconnected from the creative, astral realm.

Hypnosis, especially to reprogram the brain, and connect subconscious.

Dreams being centrally important, as the revealed (or revelated) state of the consciousness is acessible both in dreams, as well as the semi-dream state in the middle of the night, when the division between states is thin, able to be pierced, and information becoming available to the conscious mind that can write it down in a cogent form. Not too thoughfully, as that breaks the meditative state. Re-establish constant communication with Brad, as he is a sender. Google hangouts, Skype, etc. get them a new computer, skip the monthly payments 1 month, and buy a HP, nice fast one with a lot of ram memory.

In meditation, not to sit woodenly, forcefully, hoping something will happen if sitting long enough, but rather sitting actively, with purpose and supplication, asking for the trans-figur-ation, in order to change the shape across, having undergone sufficient preparation aforehand.

Explains why the information comes in the middle of the night, having set the body into a trance state, suggesting to the conscious brain to transmit before going to sleep.

NLP, neuro-linguistic programming, combined with proper eating, and proper thinking, yields results and unexpected (though earned) dividends besides.

Also, watch videos, like of professional hypnotists, Kung Fu masters, etc, Qi Gong, TCM lessons, etc. Can get a projection screen to rest the eyes while watching feeds, need high-speed internet, at least while learning and for use of the school.

If you can’t break the TV habit, you are exposing yourself to hours of hypnotic training. I hope most intelligent people will take the necessary step of cutting TV out of their lives, the same way you stopped smoking pot at a certain age, feeling it was time to get on with life. Well, between getting my kids off pot, and weaning them off television, I’m not sure which of 'the lesser of two evils' I’d be forced to select.

A traditional Tibetan doctor in Kathmandu had told me that there are particular mushrooms in Tibet that bring bliss to the body and realization to the mind. A section of Dorje Thokme’s Luminous Web titled Clear Mirror for Identifying the Five Miraculous Plants simply states that: These plants cannot be found by ordinary people, but only by great, highly-realized Bodhisattvas. In Yangsang, thirteen nectar-bearing trees are said to grow. The search for consciousness-expanding and rejuvenative elixirs has long been linked with Taoism and Tantric Buddhism. Alchemical preparations made from cinnabar, or mercuric sulfide, are common to both traditions, as is the use of specific fungi, like psylocybin mushrooms. The blissful, visionary states resulting, in part, from the integrated flow of betacarbolines and other neural chemicals take symbolic form in Buddhist in the eyes to induce visions and illuminate hidden contents of the psyche. the plant and mineral preparations only reveal their true potential in combination with yogic practices that harness the flow of subtle energy within the body’s neural pathways and activate the true elixir vitae, the mysterious secretions of the pineal gland called amrita, or nectar, which often manifest internally as luminous spheres.

DREAM YOGA

A window to your inner self.

Right before you go to sleep, put a notebook and pen right next to your bed, and tell yourself over and over, ten times or more, 'when I wake up, I’ll feel refreshed and remember my dreams in great detail.' Then, as you fall to sleep, try to imagine some scene that you enjoyed from your day, which could have been something that happened to you, or even something you wished happened. Try to see and hear the principal actors; make believe people are speaking, and that you can hear what they are saying. You are the director of your own life, and this is a time for you to practice. Upon awakening, even if you typically head straight for the bathroom, just keep your eyes shut and lie there in your bed, not moving. If one of your dreams comes to you, that’s fine, let it play back in your mind at regular speed as long as you have time for this exercise. It feels good to do this every day in fact, just for ten or fifteen minutes after waking up. Please do not relive or replay any nightmares. If multiple dreams are all competing in your mind, just write down the briefest summary of each that you remember a lot of, and then choose one to let play mentally.

While you are still reliving the dream in your mind, gently open your eyes, but try to not focus on the room, but rather keep the dream going if you can. It may take a bit of practice, and it helps if you look at a blank wall or the ceiling and don’t move at first. If you can mange to keep the dream playing with your eyes open, stand up slowly, and get started on your regular bathroom routine, walking and moving slowly the whole time. The idea is to be in both worlds at once; 'inside, outside, everywhere is home.' Congratulations, if you have mastered this exercise, you have also learned the basics of self-hypnosis, and have the ability to enter a light trance state at your own choosing. You are on your way to learning something of the arts of shamanism and dream-work besides. A little treat for yourself is in order, but nothing that would slow down your progress on the path. Perhaps throw a TV-smashing party, or give your TV away to someone who thinks it’s a valuable gift.

- maintaining conscious awareness

Lucid dreaming practice. Wake up inside the dream, noting hands or other occurances that would be impossible, such as flying or going through walls or the ceiling. After realizing it is a dream, take control of the action, and start causing events to happen like guided imagination. Particularly, ask for instruction, and to visit the halls of records, learning, and wisdom. This is a good time to make contact with angels or spirit mentors.

Lucid Dreaming

Study lucid dreaming, out of body, astral projection, for the first steps toward dissociation from the limitations of external, sensory-based, left-brain consciousness. This basic step is primary, and the base from which progress may be made. Similarly, the development of graded improvement in trance states, leaving behind ordinary awareness. Be aware of the difference between spirit possession and influence, and connection to higher beings that may assist in understanding, loving, compassionate growth.

By frequent training in the waking state, for example touching walls to see that they are solid, or reading a sign and looking away, then reading again to see that it has not changed, when you are dreaming, you will tend to do the same checks, and realize you are in a dream, this gaining control, ie, lucid dreaming. This is the time to manifest your ‘dreams’ or wishes, helping the world, teaching and healing, as well as requesting instruction and healing yourself from the angels. Similarly, by diving into a deep meditative trance while awake, mirroring dream-sleep, you also may achieve a working connection with higher energies and beings, accomplishing good work.

Many teachings detail how a person may leave the body, contacting within, whether in trance visions and communication, deep meditation, dreams, or even beyond death. This work must be considered primary, for without ascension into the astral and higher, we are limited by sense awareness and reasoning powers that pale in comparison with the world within. A lot of valuable time is spent maintaining our material and social position, caring for the bodily health, obtaining and preparing food, shelter, a vehicle, gaining employment or doing business, pursuing diversion and entertainment, and associating with others.

Practice must concentrate more on reaching the astral plane during the day, as well as waking up in dreams, lucid dreaming. Not that you must be alone to focus, but if feeling lonely and bored when in solitude, then plan and prepare better, organizing work and practice that feels engaging. Choose beneficial activities that are also enjoyable, giving a rest from study and practice.

It is common, in Tibetan spiritual traditions, for dreams of the students to be used by the teacher to determine if a student should receive a particular teaching. Dreams and visions are valued in shamanistic, Tibetan cultures and in the Bön religion, and information from the unconscious is often of greater value than the information the conscious mind can provide. Thus, visualization, meditation, and trance are central as well.

After only 3 hours of sleep, and with the best of intentions in my heart, answers started welling up within me, much like today, late to bed, early to rise, even before sunrise. In a sleepy, half-awake state, tired and sore, with the conscious gatekeeper nodding his sleepy head, both the subconscious and superconscious may be more easily aroused, perhaps? In any event, having asked the Angels a concrete question or two (upward transmission along the Golden Cord), and being ready to receive the answer passively, without judgement or censure on my part (downward trans-mission along the Golden Cord), answers were forth-coming. The door of perception had been opened just enough to permit trans-mission and with increasing typing speed, had been written down. No stopping for punctuation, or break of sentences, as had the original Torah been written?

Even today, sleepy and slightly unwilling, I heard the voice calling, "Awake, you sleepy scoundrel, Awake and to the grind-stone, Work ye unwilling wag. Write it down before it is lost to you." Shaking my head, and rubbing my eyes, I walked to the window and opened it, a lone bird singing for the rising sun, I mumbled, "I hear and obey."

Everyone may reach the astral playing field, and catch glimpses of angels from time to time, and hear them speak, but often are not consciously able to negotiate the territory, and successfully bring back a clear memory and understanding to share with others. For the angels live and inhabit a rare air, a fine ether of the purest grade. By the time we reach their level, the senses we have relied upon no longer serve us, and we are left senseless, out of our depth, and out of mind.

The goal therefore, is to practice strengthening the connection, and take time every day to use faculties that we rarely notice, such as the ability to visualize and imagine, to create and conceive, to care and be concerned, to love and to notice beauty, and the timeless moment.

DRUMMING

Scotland, Glasgow, Clanadonia - Drumming

Shows how a large frotally-placed drum suspended from the hips creates tension on the torso, causing contraction and workout of the abdominal muscles. Further striking the drum rhythmically not ony creates percussive effect within the body, but inputs (potentially standing) waves of sound energy thoughout. Moreover, the upper body and legs receive a substantial workout as well.

BRAIN PHYSIOLOGY

Wilder Penfield poked an area of his brain with an electric probe. As part of the patient's brain was stimulated, he had the sensation of leaving his body. When another area close by was stimulated, he had the sensation of zooming up a tunnel, and so forth. Ward thought that the area Penfield was probing was the right temporal lobe. He felt that some very interesting experiments could have been conducted had they thought of them at the time. For instance, they might have devised ways to see if these people were really leaving their bodies. Unfortunately, said Ward, nobody thought of it at the time. areas of the brain that, when electrically stimulated, produced out-of-body experiences. At times patients on his operating table would say, "I am leaving my body now," when he touched this area.

The area he was "mapping" was the Sylvian fissure, an area in the right temporal lobe located just above the right ear. When he electrically stimulated the surrounding areas of the fissure, patients frequently had the experience of "seeing God," hearing beautiful music, seeing dead friends and relatives, and even having a panoramic life review.

DNA, the ancient cabalistic "Tree Of Life" portrayed in the Biblical Torah, is now coming to be viewed as a live vibrating structure, rather than a fixed tape recording.

Many modern scientists, regard DNA as a shimmering, waveform configuration, able to be modified by light, radiation, magnetic fields or sonic pulses. The legacy of Thoth/Enoch suggests this "language of Light", the harmonic science of the ancients, could actually affect DNA.

Sound for altering consciousness and communicating with other realms:

It is well accepted in scientific circles that there is a correlation between the electroencephalographic (EEG) wave rhythms exhibited by the brain of a human and the state of consciousness of that being. Rhythms customarily found in the normal human adult when he is relaxed and his eyes closed have a pulse frequency in the seven-fourteen Hz. range and have come to be identified as "alpha" rhythms. Similarly, when a person is aroused and anxious, the rhythms exhibited fall in the 14-28 Hz. range and are known as "beta" rhythms. A normal person in sleep exhibits "delta" rhythms in the 1.75-3.5 Hz. range. Other brain wave rhythms which have been identified by researchers as being associated with various normal and abnormal states of consciousness are: "theta", 3.5-7.0 Hz. and "gamma", 28-56 Hz. Further research has led to the identification and naming of three additional rhythms, namely: "omega", 0.875-1.75 Hz.; "epsilon", 56-112 Hz.; and "zeta", 112-224 Hz.

Specific methods have produced a variety of systems for stimulating the brain to exhibit specific brain wave rhythms and thereby alter the state of consciousness of the individual. So called “trance” states are arrived at through many methods involving sound, such as chanting, drumming, and singing, just to mention a few.

In my 2006 paper on Electromagnetism and the Ancients, after noticing a possible correlation between the architectural configuration of a temple on Malta and a radio frequency propagation pattern, Radio Archeology, to test and measure both transmit and receive propagation properties of pre-historic sites that meet certain specific criteria. This, along with utilizing carrier wave transmitters and spectrum scanning receivers and software, as well as spectrometers and spectrum analyzers, to determine propagation properties, could help determine if they are enhanced by the site locations and/or site configuration and construction materials.
